Johnny Wilson is a licensed agent and certified real estate investment advisor serving the Greater Richmond area. As an active property investor himself, Johnny offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, financial expertise, and a deep commitment to quality service.
Raised in his family’s international building hardware business, Johnny developed a passion for property early in life. Before launching his career in property management, he led scientific projects and workshops for organizations including the World Bank, United Nations, and multiple federal and state agencies—experience that shaped his detail-oriented approach.
Johnny is known for navigating today’s complex legal landscape with confidence and care. His client-first philosophy is focused on maximizing returns and protecting assets, all while honoring resident dignity and fostering long-term, positive relationships.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Johnny enjoying rugby (go Springboks!), traveling internationally, or exploring nature with his family.
Patti Robertson brings over three decades of real estate investing and management experience, including extensive work in flipping, wholesaling, and property management. Since purchasing her first rental property in 1993, Patti has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and maximizing property value for owners. She became a licensed broker in 2010, expanding her focus to managing both her own portfolio and those of other investors. Under her leadership, her brokerage has become known for its innovative strategies, transparent communication, and commitment to excellence. Patti also has extensive experience managing Section 8 housing.
Beyond brokerage, Patti is a recognized leader in the local real estate community. She is a Lifetime Board Member and Past President of the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group (TRIG), an educator and Advisory Board Member for Rent Ready Norfolk, and the founder of the Hampton Roads Landlord Association. Her dedication to education and industry best practices continues to elevate property management standards across the region.
